What happens after I place my order?

Our system automatically sends an email to advise us of your order. Once your payment has cleared we will ship your order.

How do you ship my order?

We use Registered Post with Australia Post. We can even track your order as it's making from our door to yours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Direct Deposit, Cheque or Credit Card. 

What do I need to do if there is a problem with my order?

The first thing you should do is contact us by phone on 02 6337 3326. We will do our best to deal with your issue as promptly as possible. Our products are manufactured to the highest standards and so it is very rare for our customers to experience any problems.
